Our tests are conducted in a few ways. We work with a manufacturing that tests the microbs for us. These are tests that makes sure our product does not have Salmonella, E. Coli and other nasty problems.
One thing to note for heavy metals, they are not bad for you at very small quantities, the issue is we get too much of it from household products, pollution in the air, etc. Our highest readings is at most in the 2% range of acceptable levels and in most cases less than 1%.
This is why we source from New Zealand. You’re not going to find this from other countries such as Argentina. No ones wants to put in the effort to get organ meats from the purest source. And how is this done? It’s simple. Our cattle eats only grass on pastures and treated well. That’s what you get when you work with New Zealand family farms who have been doing this for generations.
We then use an independent lab to test the heavy metals. The test results are submitted to our manufacturer and published in the Certificate of Analysis (CoA).
We have this done for EVERY batch we make. And we have the most updated report for each product below.
Because our manufacturer does this, we blurred out the name since we don’t want competitors to know who has partnered with us because our technology has allowed us to make all of our products with no fillers or lubricants. Something that many cannot do.
For the Beef Organs we ran a detailed lab test to detect 66 different pesticides. And the report came back 100% clean. We do this test once a year and your will see that report in the Beef Organs section. We did it for this product since it has Liver, Heart, Kidney, Pancreas and Spleen in the mix.
This allows see that many of our organ meats are free from pesticides.
We do this to show you a level of transparency that you don’t get from other companies. It shows how much we care about you and the quality of products we want to make.
