Fat Bombs

Easy and customizable! Fat bombs are the perfect portable way to round out your macros and slash your cravings on a ketogenic diet.

Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 4 oz Choco Zero sugar-free chocolate
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp lakanto monk fruit powdered sweetener
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ - 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • Chopped almonds

  • How to prepare:
    1. In a double boiler melt coconut oil. Add in chocolate while whisking and then the peanut butter.
    2. Whisk until fully melted.
    3. Add in powder sweetener, vanilla, and Himalayan pink salt.
    4. In a mini muffin silicone pan, fill halfway.
    5. Chop almonds and sprinkle on top mixture.
    6. Pour the remaining chocolate mixture on top.
    7. Freeze for 15 minutes.
