Keto Pumpkin Pie

The keto pumpkin pie is everything you expect from this!

Ingredients: Crust:
  • 2/3 c almond flour
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Vanilla skinny syrup
  • Pumpkin Layer:
  • 1 c pumpkin
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 c whipped whipping cream all folded together
  • Top Layer:
  • 4 oz cream cheese mixed
  • 1 oz vanilla skinny syrups
  • ½ cup whipped cream
  • Cinnamon to taste

  • How to prepare:Crust:
      1. Mix in the dish and press into pan.
      2. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
      3. Cool then add the layers
    Layers:
    1. Whip all the ingredients together. (separately for pumpkin and top layer).
    2. Layer accordingly.
