Keto Cheesecake Ice Cream

This no-churn gluten-free and keto cheesecake ice cream is one for the books! 

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz heavy cream
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 8 drops of stevia concentrate (you can mix any sweetener you choose- to taste)
  • 2 cups berries
  • 8 oz blackberries and raspberries
  • 1/3 cup walnuts

  • How to prepare:
    1. Mix everything.
    2. Using a hand mixer, whip it until smooth
    3. Fill up ½ cup and freeze.
    4. Enjoy!
