This no-churn gluten-free and keto cheesecake ice cream is one for the books! Ingredients:8 oz cream cheese
8 oz heavy cream
8 oz sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vanilla
8 drops of stevia concentrate (you can mix any sweetener you choose- to taste)
2 cups berries
8 oz blackberries and raspberries
1/3 cup walnuts
How to prepare:
- Mix everything.
- Using a hand mixer, whip it until smooth
- Fill up ½ cup and freeze.
